Personal injury · Henry County

If the insurer will not pay a fair number, I try the case.

I have handled injury cases in Henry County since 2008, in front of every active judge here, and I know how Henry County juries think. Insurers know which lawyers will actually go to trial.

Personal injury is personal to me. In 2015 my grandmother went blind because of a doctor's negligence. I know what it is like to wait for your day in court and to be offered a fraction of what a case is worth. The only way to a fair settlement is to be willing to fight and able to win.

Cases I take

  • Car and truck wrecks, including hit-and-run and uninsured-driver claims against your own policy
  • Medical negligence, which in Georgia requires an expert's sworn affidavit filed with the lawsuit itself
  • Wrongful death

What to do this week

  • Get the accident report number from the responding agency
  • See a doctor and follow the treatment plan; gaps in treatment are what insurers use to cut the offer
  • Photograph the vehicles, the scene, and your injuries
  • Do not give a recorded statement to the other driver's insurer before we talk

Georgia gives you two years from the injury to file suit. Evidence and witnesses do not wait that long, so the call should happen well before the deadline does.
